Awe...isnt she cute? I love cows, they look so gentle and nice. I'm definatley more a cow person than horse person (no offense). So what brings me to cows today? Well we are a meat market after all, but I'm not in the meat mood today. I'm in the cheese mood. You see, we make our own fresh homemade mozzarella, and without my little friend here, we wouldnt be able to make any. She provides the milk that makes the curd that makes this.....
