If you haven't been to Joe's lately then you missed the news that we hired a new chef. We are proud and honored to have Nick join our team of very talented chef's working along side us. You might know Nick's creations if you have ever eaten at Mia Sorelli in Manville or Milano Grille in Bridgewater. I was so entranced in watching Nick make fresh homemade ravioli's. It was a true art form. I would never attempt such a feat but thank god for Nick. He truly is a master craftsmen in the ravioli department!
You can have then too! Come on in for lunch or dinner and have a go at them, or if your a make it yourself kinda person, then take home a dozen and whip em up with your own favorite sauce. You belly will thank you!
